Those sound cool, But really, unlocking your phone, opening an app, and pressing a “turn my bedroom light on” button seems like more work than necessary. Instagram released a new app called Bolt, which does the exact same thing Snapchat does- quickly sending your own photo or video as a message to a friend. This is a separate app from Instagram, and it sucks in all your phones contacts so you can pull any of them into a list to send photos to. You also have to take the photo or video right then and there on the Bolt app. You cannot choose from your camera roll. Kinda late to the game, Instagram!

It looks like it can be used across UK networks with pay-as-you go Sim cards. It runs Android Jelly Bean, has a 16 Gigahertz dual core Mediatek processor, and 256 MB of RAM.

Carl Merriam, who has been building with Lego bricks for 27 years, has now completed a fully functional microscope built entirely out of LEGOS. Funny, cause I didn't now Lego made mirrors and lenses (but apparently does on its website!). This microscope can be used to magnify 10 times!
