Step 1

Unscrew and remove the WiFi bracket (1 x M2 x 3mm).

Step 7

  • Unscrew and remove the WiFi bracket (1 x M2 x 3mm).
  • Disconnect the antenna cables.
  • Slide out the WiFi Card.

Unclip the locking tab and disconnect the keyboard cable.

Step 8

Disconnect the speaker cable.

Remove the Speakers.

Unscrew and remove the touchpad bracket (3 X 1.6mm x 2mm).

Pell back the adhesive covering the lcd cable.

Step 14

Disconnect the DC Jack cable.

Step 15

Peel back the adhesive cover.

Unscrew and remove the I/O circuit board (1 x M2 x 3mm).

Step 22

  • Unscrew and remove the I/O circuit board (1 x M2 x 3mm).

Step 23

Remove the DC Jack/Charging Port.

Remove the LCD Display Assembly.

Unscrew and remove the motherboard with the heatsink still attached (2 X 2mm x 1.8mm wafer) (2 x M2 x 4mm).

Step 26

  • Unscrew and remove the motherboard with the heatsink still attached (2 X 2mm x 1.8mm wafer) (2 x M2 x 4mm).
  • The remaining part is the Palmrest Keyboard Assembly.
