Installation and Removal Instructions

Loosen the bottom base screws (7 x captive screws).

Step 1

  • Loosen the bottom base screws (7 x captive screws).
  • Use a plastic scribe to separate and remove the Bottom Base Cover.

Disconnect the battery connector.

Step 2

  • Disconnect the battery connector.
Unscrew and then lift the left LCD hinge (2 x M2 x 3mm).

Step 3

  • Unscrew and then lift the left LCD hinge (2 x M2 x 3mm).

Use a plastic scribe to unclip and disconnect the circuit board cable.

Step 4

  • Unscrew and remove the USB/IO Circuit Board (1 x 2mm X 2.5mm wafer).
