    I have a new 15-3552

Unlike the one in the video, the back is one unit. There is not a section at the bottom that can be removed separately. I am trying to decide if I purchase a maintenance plan or if I can do minor maintenance like hard drive removal if required. By the way, is there a way to backup Windows 10 so that if I have a hard drive failure I can reload Windows 10?
