Installation and Removal Instructions

Slide the latches over to unlock the battery.

Slide the door down and remove the door.

  • Remove the screws.

Slide the optical drive out of the laptop.

Separate the clips and remove memory stick A.

Using the pull tab, lift the hard drive out of the laptop.

Remove the screw.

  • Unplug the antenna cables.

Unplug the DC jack cable.

Loosen the wireless antenna cables.

  • Loosen the wireless antenna cables.
Turn the laptop over and open it up.

  • Remove the bottom palmrest screws.

Carefully pry up and unsnap the keyboard bezel.

Carefully lift the keyboard up.

  • Remove the keyboard screws.
