Installation and Removal Instructions
Latitude E5440 Hard Drive
Step 1
- Slide the latches over.
- Lift the battery out of the laptop.

Step 2
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the bottom base.
|
Step 3
- Remove the screw.
- Slide the optical drive out of the laptop.

Step 4
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the hard drive bracket.
|
Step 5
- Pull the tab to the left.
- Remove the hard drive.

Step 6
- Remove the rubber boots.
