  • 1 x small plastic scribe
  • 1 x small T5 torx screwdriver

Installation and Removal Instructions Venue 8 (3830) Motherboard

Work your way around the edge of the screen, until it comes loose.

Step 1

  • Using a scribe, carefully separate the back cover from the screen.

Remove the middle frame.

Step 2

  • Remove the screws on the middle frame.

Carefully pry the battery off of the tablet. It is attached with tape.

Step 3

  • Unplug the battery.

Unplug and remove the front facing camera.

Step 4

  • Unplug and remove the back facing camera.
  • Unplug and remove the front facing camera.

Unplug the speakers.

Step 5

  • Unplug the speakers.
Unplug the motherboard cables.

Step 6

  • Unplug the motherboard cables.
