Where can I purchase replacement base cover screws for a Dell Ultrabook XPS 13?

Unfortunately I think you will have to purchase them directly through Dell. The XPS 13 is too new and the screws are very specific.
Does anybody know how I could open the screen of the xps13? I had such a bad luck: a micro bug was moving below the screen, and it got stuck… Now it looks like dead gray pixels. So annoying. It’s probably not directly behind the glass, but probably in between the LCD and the led light, and it takes the light away. I would like to clean it up if not too risky… 😉
