Installation and Removal Instructions
Dell Inspiron 1545 RAM Memory
Step 1
- Remove the battery.
Step 2
- Unscrew the 4 screws holding the Bottom Base Access Cover and remove the cover, starting from right to left.
Step 3
- Separate the clips on each side of the 1545 memory stick until the memory lifts up.
- Gently pull the 1545 memory stick out of the memory slot.
Step 4
- **Installation Note**
- Place the 1545 memory stick into the memory slot, so that the cut out matches, at a 45 degree angle until you hear the clips “click” into place. (Make sure the memory stick is seated firmly into the slot for a good connection.)
