2) We will ship you a laptop box with a prepaid shipping label to ship it back to us.
3) A technician diagnose and repair your problem with 5 business days.
4) We take a credit card payment over the phone once the repair is completed
5) Laptop is shipped back to you and tracking number emailed to you.

Shipping and transit times may vary but most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days. Once the laptop is in our repair facility, allow up to 5 business days for the laptop repair. Return shipping will take 3-5 business days.
Express Repair option is available: You can have your laptop back in your hands in three business days. There is an additional cost for express repair fee and shipping.
