WHEN YOUR LAPTOP ARRIVES

your laptop is received by us, a technician will diagnose
and determine what parts will be needed for the repair.
You will then receive a call with those details. No work
will be done without your approval.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Payment
is not due until the service work is complete. You will
receive a call from a service technician with the total.
You can then choose a shipment and payment method. You pay
shipping both ways.
